With a high ability of shooting video up to 1080p, at sixty-frames/second, GoPro HERO4 Session is perhaps the smallest and lightest camera we have ever had. This waterproof mini-magic camera is submersible up to 33 feet without any housing. The small cube-like camera houses a powerful, non-removable battery, a microSD card slot and a micro USB port. Dual microphone setup of this small camera ensures the clarity of sound in windy and noisy surroundings. Being light, GoPro HERO4 is easy to install on helmet and paddles.
The true story is that the smaller is proving beautiful and successful. I went for my swimming lessons with it strapped on my back; actually I wanted to test it for its waterproof claims. With something so light like this camera I found myself fumbling for if it was still there. The recordings were stunningly clear with nice streaming. The dual microphone worked its wonders too and the sounds were notably distinct.
The battery life is supposed to be great as it shuts off itself when there is no session going on. If you like something small stuffed with big features; I think you should go for it.
